SOS HS Result Important Information For The Candidates
Re-checking will consist of-
(a) Retotalling of marks awarded by the examiner.
(b) Assessment of answer(s) left out unevaluated by the examiner.
(c) There shall be no Re-checking of Practical Papers.
Candidates desiring re-checking of answer scripts should submit applications in the prescribed format through the head(s) of the institution(s) with the requisite fee of Rs. 300 per subject (a maximum of 3 subjects) within 30 days from the declaration of results. The prescribed application form for rechecking is enclosed in the result sheet. Application forms duly forwarded by the head(s) of the institution(s) with the requisite fees may be sent directly to the SOS cell of the Council within the stipulated time. Payment should be made by demand draft in favor of the Secretary, Open Schooling, AHSEC, payable at Guwahati.
1. Candidates whose results have been shown as / “withheld,” / “absent” are to contact the Co-ordinator (SOS) to get their results declared within one (1) month from the date of declaration of results. Under no circumstances will the application requesting the above-mentioned matters be considered.
2. If any mistake is found in the mark sheet, certificate, or admit card, it should be brought to the attention of the coordinator within one (1) month from the date of the declaration of results. After one (1) month from the announcement of the results, no complaints will be considered.
