A Skill development program launched by Skill Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, Govt. of Assam for the persons who have returned from other states in the age group of 18-40 years due to COVID 19 pandemic. Under the program one-month free training will be given to registered candidates. After successful completion of training candidates will be facilitated for bank loan for self-employment. Efforts will also be made for placement of candidates in industries.
